“Bright lemon yellow colour. Ripe stone fruit, vanilla cream, blossom honey, some fresh shortcrust pastry and roasted almonds on the nose. Creamy, sweetish elegance of white nougat notes on the palate, tasty with crisp acidity and a refreshing pinch of fleur de sel. Aromatic, long finish of ripe apple, peach and chalky, mineral flavour. Wonderful with desserts and cheese.”
