Vinification and Aging

Origin – Grapes from the Côte des Blancs (Avize, Cramant, Oiry, Chouilly) and Montagne de Reims (Tours-sur-Marne, Villers-Marmery, Rilly-la-Montagne).
Selection – Grapes strictly chosen for high ripeness and low acidity to achieve perfect balance without dosage.
Base Wine – 2016 vintage with reserve wines from 2014.
Aging – Aged for eight years on lees before release, revealing remarkable texture and length.
Dosage – Brut Nature (0 g/L added sugar; residual sugar 1.4 g/L).
