Overview

Fraser Gallop Estate Semillon - Sauvignon Blanc is a fresh and aromatic Margaret River white combining 63% Semillon with 37% Sauvignon Blanc. The 2026 vintage balances citrus and orchard fruit with bright acidity, subtle texture and a fine saline edge, delivering a vibrant style designed to be enjoyed young.

Winemaking

Fruit was sourced from Fraser Gallop Estate’s Wilyabrup vineyard, a neighbouring vineyard and a cooler southern Margaret River site. Each parcel was harvested in the cool of night to preserve freshness and vibrancy, then gently pressed and fermented using selected yeasts. Stainless steel forms the core of the fermentation, with a small portion fermented in seasoned French oak to add subtle texture and aromatic complexity.

After fermentation, the individual parcels were blended and rested in tank before bottling on 22 June 2026, helping retain freshness and aromatic brightness.

Colour
Very pale gold.

Aroma
Lifted aromas of citrus blossom, white pear, lemon zest and white peach, layered with delicate notes of frangipani, lemon sherbet and wet limestone.

Palate
Bright, fragrant and inviting, the palate is beautifully balanced, with a generous core of citrus and orchard fruits framed by refreshing acidity and a fine saline edge. A subtle fruit sweetness through the mid-palate is complemented by zesty acidity and a refined structure.
