Overview
The 2023 Domaine Jacques Cacheux Vosne-Romanée Les Genaivrières is a small-production village Burgundy from a traditional Vosne-Romanée family domaine. Made from Pinot Noir grown in the Côte de Nuits, it reflects the savoury spice, red-fruited perfume and fine structure that make Vosne-Romanée one of Burgundy’s most prized villages.
Vintage & Winemaking
Domaine Jacques Cacheux works without herbicides, insecticides or anti-rot treatments in the vineyard. In the cellar, grapes are fully destemmed, followed by around one week of cold maceration before fermentation with natural yeasts. The wines are bottled without fining or filtration, preserving texture, depth and site expression.

Food Pairing
Pair with roast duck, game birds, pigeon, veal, mushroom dishes, charcuterie, or soft washed-rind cheeses.
Cellaring Potential
Enjoy from the late 2020s, or cellar over the medium term for further aromatic development and textural integration.
