Ripe, expressive and generous, this is drinking well now but will repay hiding away for a number of years.ā€

Shiraz has been Corioleā€™s principal variety and flagship wine since the first bottling in 1970. Coriole Shiraz is 100% estate grown with an average vine age of 50 years.

The Estate Shiraz demonstrates a balance of fruitfulness and savoury elements derived from these vineyards.

This wine is made in the traditional manner, fermented in open tanks, hand plunged, and matured in French oak hogsheads.
