Concentrated and intense, with a core of nashi pear, finger lime, and Lisbon lemon. Complex layers of nougat, brioche, and macadamia, with notes of wattle blossom and jasmine. The palate is detailed and ethereal, with pear, nectarine, and white peach, followed by a mineral thread and a touch of spice. Gentle textures and vibrant acidity lead to a long, elegant finish.
