Yarra Yering Carrodus Pinot Noir is a small-parcel, cellar-worthy expression from one of the estateā€™s historic vineyard blocks. Hand-picked fruit, whole-berry fermentation and carefully measured French oak maturation create a precise and complex Yarra Valley Pinot Noir.

Vineyard and Winemaking

The fruit was hand-picked from a block planted in 1969 and fermented as whole berries. The wine was matured for nine months in French oak, including 40% new oak, building complexity while retaining its varietal definition and vineyard character.
