Mild summer conditions and well-timed southerly winds promoted even ripening, with early-picked whites showing remarkable purity and aromatic lift.
Late-season rain encouraged a touch of botrytis development, enhancing complexity and natural sweetness.
Cellaring Potential
Excellent vintage — enjoy now or cellar gracefully for 10+ years from vintage.
Food Pairing
Ideal with fruit tarts, soft cheeses, or lightly spiced Asian dishes.
Its honeyed richness and aromatic lift also complement pâté or foie gras.
