Despite these conditions, the harvested fruit arrived in excellent condition, producing a Riesling of clarity, freshness and aromatic intensity.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003ch3\u003eWinemaking\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWhole bunches were picked in the cool of the morning and transferred directly to the press. The fresh juice was moved to stainless steel, settled for one to two days and racked off its sediment into fermentation tanks. Yeast was added and fermentation proceeded at an average temperature of 15°C.
