The vineyard was established in 1995.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch4\u003eProducer Notes\u003c\/h4\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis fragrant, stoney, gently spicy Chardonnay has delicious, subtle fruit complexity of lemon, mandarin and yellow plum. It is youthful and vigorous, with creamy textural mouthfeel that builds power, drive and austerity for a long finish.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eBindi first made Chardonnay from these 30 year old vines in 2022, and they have proven to gain complexity and palate weight with a few years in bottle.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch4\u003eAbout the Producer\u003c\/h4\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eBindi farms vines and manages the land of Ningulabul's Gunung Willam Balluk. Bindi vines grow in a mix of ancient stony Ordovician soils and younger volcanic soil.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe vines are intensively managed by hand and harvested by hand.
