Nebbiolo remains the protagonist of the blend, giving body, structure and the capacity to develop a more austere expression with age.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003ch3\u003eVineyards\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe fruit comes from Langhe vineyards cultivated across different exposures, selected to combine the character of Nebbiolo with the delicacy and aromatic lift of Pinot Noir.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003ch3\u003eWinemaking\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eFermentation and very short maceration on skins take place in stainless steel tanks.
