A mild December was followed by a wet January, then a warm and dry February that helped the fruit ripen evenly. Picking began in the third week of February.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eThe bunches showed good size, weight and intense fruit flavour, supported by beautiful natural acidity.
