A minimalist approach is taken with very little intervention.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe wine is matured for 18 months in seasoned 300 litre French and American oak barrels and large oak casks.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003ch4\u003eProducer Notes\u003c\/h4\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eDisplays a healthy red colour, now showing a little brick in the hue appropriate for its age. Smells very inviting, with sweet berry fruit along with vanilla and spice and a touch of cedar from bottle development. A big, soft, generous mouthful. Good length.
